Cancellation Policy

Bookings cancelled less than 14 day(s) and on the day of check-in will incur a charge of 100% of the booking total. If booked through other booking sites, cancellation policy may be different. Please refer to your confirmation email.

Food

In the interest of hygiene and the comfort of other guests, under no circumstances should take away food be brought onto the premises. We are happy for you to use the dining room on the ground floor. Please give us a bell for a plate!

Alcohol

We are a licensed premises and wines & beers along with soft drinks are available so please do not bring other alcohol onto the premises; this may contravene our licence.

 

Breakages/Damage

We are sure you understand that ALL breakages/spillages MUST be paid for when any damage done to the room or to furnishings.

No Smoking

As for most public properties in the UK, The Montana is a non-smoking establishment.

If breaching this policy there will be a charge of a £50 fine. This policy includes vaporizers as these have set off our alarms in the past.

All smokers are welcome to smoke at the front of the property - an ashtray has been provided.

 

Fishing gear

Due to the the unpleasant smell, NO fishing/crabbing bate, buckets, rods etc to be kept in guestrooms. We are happy to store these in our locked shed.
